On September 18th, BioDiesel ventures into new territory with their first-ever performances in Australia. With shows in Sydney, Melbourne, Cranbourne and Canberra, BioD is very excited to bring their sound to a new continent. These shows will also be release parties for Two-One-Live and will be the first time that limited edition physical copies of the album will be available for purchase.
Two-One-Live is the first release from BioDiesel following their EP, Carbon Confidential earlier this year and their first entirely live release to date. Recorded in Philadelphia in July 2011, it comes as the first in a series of live recordings slated for release over the next year. In addition to raucous versions of live staples like "Mellotone" and "KGB", it features an all-improvised collaboration with Aron Magner (the Disco Biscuits) who was on hand for the night's festivities. Future releases will also feature special one-off collaborations with other exciting, sought after artists.
Check the tour page for details of upcoming dates.
